We are looking for an experienced and top motivated integrated logistics support (ILS) manager to be part of an international team. Do you want to work in a dynamic and international environment, and with the opportunity to develop both as a person and a professional? Then keep on reading.

The manager will be involved in the continuous improvement of the quality and availability of ILS packages, serving as the single point of contact for all ILS-related topics, and driving process, data, and documentation enhancements in accordance with ILS standards. The ILS manager will work closely with various departments, including New Sales, License and PrimeServ, to deliver high-level customer satisfaction and transform ILS requests into profitable business opportunities.

ILS is a comprehensive approach to ensure that complex systems, such as military equipment or large-scale industrial projects, are effectively supported throughout their lifecycle. It encompasses the planning, design, implementation, and management of logistics activities, including supply chain management, maintenance, training, and human resources, to optimize operational efficiency and reliability. The goal of ILS is to ensure that systems are available, sustainable, and cost-effective, facilitating seamless operation and supporting the end user's mission requirements.

You will play an important role in:

  • Collaboration: Foster close cooperation with New Sales, License, PrimeServ, and other relevant departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Single Point of Contact: Serve as the single point of contact for all ILS-related topics, providing expert advice and support to internal and external customers.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Deliver high-level internal and external customer satisfaction, providing timely and effective support to meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Business Development: Transform ILS requests into PrimeServ business opportunities, contributing to the growth and profitability of the organization.
  • Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement of processes, data, and documentation in accordance with ILS standards, ensuring efficient and standardized management of technical logistics disciplines

We imagine that you:

  • Have a Bachelor's degree in e.g. logistics, engineering, business administration
  • Preferably have experience in ILS or a related field and coordinating role, with an understanding of technical logistics disciplines and military equipment support
  • Have excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills
  • Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Hold strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a customer-centric approach

Additionally, it will be an advantage if you:

  • Master English both verbally and in writing and you feel at home in an international organization
  • Are able to work structured and disciplined
  • Are able to plan and coordinate tasks both you own and your stakeholders
