The manager will be involved in the continuous improvement of the quality and availability of ILS packages, serving as the single point of contact for all ILS-related topics, and driving process, data, and documentation enhancements in accordance with ILS standards. The ILS manager will work closely with various departments, including New Sales, License and PrimeServ, to deliver high-level customer satisfaction and transform ILS requests into profitable business opportunities.
ILS is a comprehensive approach to ensure that complex systems, such as military equipment or large-scale industrial projects, are effectively supported throughout their lifecycle. It encompasses the planning, design, implementation, and management of logistics activities, including supply chain management, maintenance, training, and human resources, to optimize operational efficiency and reliability. The goal of ILS is to ensure that systems are available, sustainable, and cost-effective, facilitating seamless operation and supporting the end user's mission requirements.
