Introduction

Join Contractbook as a part-time Implementation and Support Specialist and help shape the future of contract management. This role is perfect for a student interested in building with technology and helping others succeed. 

In this part-time role, you will work on automating workflows and supporting our customers in their day-to-day work. You will play a key role in implementing solutions that save time and money. You will also handle customer requests and questions across various channels. You will work closely with our product and customer success and support teams. 

What You’ll Do

• Build workflows and automations using various products like Contractbook and Zapier

• Onboard new customers to Contractbook and support existing customers with your knowledge and skills 

• Manage support tickets across email, chat, and web forms using Zendesk.

•Assist in building and optimizing our product Knowledge Base and Help Centre.

• Provide feedback to product teams about the user experience 

What We’re Looking For

•Current student interested in technology, working with customers, or workflow automation.

•Strong problem-solving, communication skills, and attention to detail.

•Familiarity with tools like Zendesk or Zapier is a plus.

•Fluent in English.

• Availability for 20-30 hours a month (We know some months are busy with school, and that is ok!)
