We are searching for an Implementation Consultant to support our customers in taking BEC solutions into use

The Implementation team in BEC is responsible for supporting BEC’s member banks in taking deliveries into use. BEC is expecting to deliver more, faster and with more value to the BEC community and Implementation support is getting more and more important. Implementation support is centered around the business deliverables and initiatives that involve the largest change from a user-perspective.

The implementation consultant role offers the opportunity to work with the entire BEC organization – Product Management, Customer Account Managers, agile development teams a.m. and you will work directly with representatives from our co-development banks.

Our new implementation consultant will work with Salesforce Deliveries and work closely together with Scoutz. It will be expected that you will be visible at Scoutz's office at Marmorvej

You will be working with implementation from many angles:

  1. Assess implementation complexity to ensure a customer perspective and planning of needed support to the banks. While each initiative and thus support is different to ensure a successful go-live and value realization, we use well-proven implementation approaches and best practice. In some implementations the communication task is heavy; some require massive coordination and some focus on training of end-users.
  2. On selected large initiatives we develop data insights to be able to follow-up on rollouts and usage degrees. These insights are useful in customer dialogues on the success of the implementation, risks, and potential needed reinforcement activities.
  3. Strengthen the decentral competencies to drive low complexity implementations. Design and execution of implementation packages as train-the-trainer.
  4. Strategic end-customer communication: Design and deliver go-to-market plans, marketing material and branding towards banks’ end-customers such as private and corporate customers.
  5. Competency development: General maturing within the field of implementation, understanding the needs of BEC’s customer community.

To succeed you will:

  • Have a curious mind with an open nature and desire to knowledge-share with others.
  • Have minimum 4 years of experience from a similar position working with implementation, product adoption and customer communication.
  • Master organizational change management methodologies, such as ADKAR.
  • Have strong training and facilitation skills.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be driven by being “the customer voice” in a large organization.
  • Be fluent in Danish and English (written and spoken).

It’s nice-to:

  • Have experience from the financial and/or technology sector.
  • Have insight into agile principles, such as SAFe.
  • Thrive in being at the driver’s seat in an implementation project and set the tone
  • customer-centricity and anchoring of benefits for the target group.

This position is based at our friendly office in Roskilde (Havsteensvej) but expect to be visible in the initiatives you support through physical presence in our programs and domains.
