The position
The position is within the Metabolism Biology department, which is part of Global Drug Discovery (GDD) and is located in Måløv, North-west of Copenhagen.
As an Associate Scientist, you will:

About the department
The Metabolism Biology department is part of the Metabolic Disease Research II area with primary focus on establishing new cellular in vitro models to elucidate mode-of-action and profiling of novel biology and molecules for early evaluation of new drug candidates. We contribute to many different research activities and projects, and we are responsible for delivering high quality data and input to drive the projects forward. For this purpose, we apply state-of-the-art equipment and collaborate closely with other departments within the cardiometabolic disease area.
In the department, we are six scientists, six technicians, and two students and the working atmosphere is characterised by an open, cheerful, and informal tone. With a multitude of different nationalities in the team, both working and social language is English.
