Your Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook authentic with modern fusion style Indian dishes with a focus on flavor,
presentation, and quality.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Contribute to menu planning and introducing new dishes.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and service teams to ensure a smooth operation.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Indian chef in existing well-established institutions, specializing in
traditional and modern Indian cuisine.
• Ability to prepare a variety of dishes, including curries, tandoori items, and Indian breads.
• Knowledge of authentic Indian spices and cooking techniques.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is an advantage.
