About Us:
We are a restaurant in Birkerød, Denmark, specializing in authentic Indian cuisine. Our goal
is to provide customers with high-quality dishes made with traditional spices and techniques.
We are now looking for a skilled and experienced Indian chef to join our team and bring
authentic flavors to our kitchen.

Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes, including curries, tandoori, biryanis, and
vegetarian specialties.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet high standards.
• Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, stock control, and hygiene.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with kitchen staff.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with food safety regulations.

Requirements:
• Expertise in Indian spices, traditional cooking techniques, and tandoor cooking.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen and handle multiple orders efficiently.
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• English proficiency is required.
