We are currently looking for a Inhouse Sales Agent who wants to be part of the best sales team in the hotel industry.

Skills & qualifications needed
- Great personality with exceptional negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented and service-minded with a flair for client interaction
- Strong communication abilities
- Comprehensive understanding of the hotel industry and the meetings & events business
Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming inquiries from clients.
- Demonstrate creativity in your sales approach by customizing proposals.
- Conduct site inspections with the goal of securing business opportunities.
- Draft, negotiate, and finalize contracts.
- Responsible for own proposals by actively working with Pipeline Management
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage future and repeat business.
- Client meetings and tour of house
- Collaborate closely with the F&B Team, Event Team, Planning Team, and Proactive Sales Team
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or in the industry
- You either speak one of the Scandinavian languages or English
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

The position is a full-time position, reporting to the Director of Sales
