You know the game: An offer is only as strong as the relationship that remains after it. Because the best deals are not created by only processing orders, but also through the ability to focus on the customer and their needs. Customer first!

You find it easy to build relationships and support your customers from the first contact to the invoice. You are a self-starter with a knack for organization: On the day-to-day basis, you ensure that our back office runs smoothly. As we establish our new Sales Office in Denmark you should join with a good portion of joy, drive and hands-on mentality to help us finishing our setup successfully. 

Your tasks in a nutshell

  • Managing the internal sales activities for the sales region Nordics
  • First point of contact for our new and existing customers, preparing quotations, processing orders and claims 
  • Representing BACHMANN to clients, checking constantly stock levels to ensure deadlines are met and sending out client samples
  • Ensuring the update and maintenance of customer master data, both in Microsoft Dynamics as well as in our CRM system
  • Supporting accounting tasks, such as preparation of financial statements, bookkeeping, dunning procedure and credit assessment of customers
  • Assisting the managing director in back office tasks, such as budget reports, travel management and other day-to-day activities

What we expect

It is important to us that you already have experience in Inside Sales, ideally also initial experience in accounting. Business studies or equivalent qualification were the way for you to gather these experiences. You already have experience in working with MS office products and a CRM system.

You shine with your customer-oriented attitude and great communication skills in Danish and English (fluency required, both in oral and written). You enjoy engaging with customers, business partners and colleagues within the global Bachmann community. Even in challenging conversations, you know how to stand your ground and maintain a positive attitude. With your proactive thinking and organizational skills, you are always one step ahead.

You live in the region of Copenhagen or Zealand. With your ability to work independently in a structured and detailed oriented manner it is no problem to work for you either in a hybrid setting, remotely as well as in the office.
