The position
You will be part of “AM Brownfield Site Integration”, a newly established unit in Product Supply Aseptic Manufacturing (PS AM). The unit aims to maximize production capacities at the acquired sites; integrate them into Novo Nordisk, aligning with the PS AM operating model and set the strategic direction for the integration program. It is a fantastic opportunity to have a global impact at Novo Nordisk and enable us to serve even more of patients worldwide. 

 

Overall, you will be responsible of leading the integration of processes and capabilities related to Production Support at the three sites to ensure transformation to target operating model. This entails building a global Production Support work package incl. underlying projects in DK and on sites in close collaboration with the work package owner.

 

Your focus will be on:

  • Post Merger Integration: Building a global Production Support Integration work package incl. underlying projects in DK and on sites in close collaboration with the work package owner, and thereby integrate the sites into processes and capabilities related to:

           - Asset management and metrology

           - Spare parts materials mgmt.

           - Utilities

           - Facilities mgmt. & security

           - Project management incl. CAPEX

           - Health & Safety

  • Work package planning & governance: Setup above work package through planning workshops and continuously interaction with key stakeholders. Furthermore facilitate and lead on-going planning and prioritization activities and ensure communication of changes and current version of plan. Ensure close collaboration with Program Manager and Program planner to anchor updates in a Schedule/Planning system. Finally ensure close collaboration and sparring with Site Integration lead and teams and incl. training and on-boarding of changes.
  • Change management: Ensure local and global engagement by conducting change management and apply change management principles in the project planning.
  • Risk management: Identify and update work package risks in relation to Post Merger Integration.

 

You will work closely with the Program planner, Workstream owners & drivers, Integration leads at the sites and the rest of AM Brownfield Site Integration. Bear in mind that you will be part of a newly established organization, where we are still discussing and defining roles & responsibilities. This means that you will need to have a somewhat flexible mindset to above areas of responsibilities. As the organization grows, some the areas of responsibilities will maybe be adjusted or shared with other colleagues to balance the workload.
 
Qualifications
To be a successful candidate, you: 

  • Extensive and at least 10 years of experience within project management
  • Have a MS or bachelor’s degree in science, engineering or business.
  • Experience in some or all processes and capabilities related to Production Support.
  • Possess knowledge and insights in a pharmaceutical production site preferable from Novo Nordisk
  • Possess good diagnostic, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Can think strategically and translate business strategies into tangible actions.
  • Are fluent in verbal and written English.
  • Work in different cultures and be an ambassador for Novo Nordisk values.
