Now, the company is looking for a talented and creative Interior Designer to join its dynamic and collaborative team in Haderslev.

Your Role and Everyday Work

As an Interior Designer at Retail Fabrikken, you will shape the future of interior spaces, turning creative visions into tangible realities. You will work to understand the client brand identity and create inspiring solutions that exceed expectations. Your focus is on customer-specific design briefs and interior concepts, ensuring each project combines creativity with functionality. Your tasks and responsibilities include:

• Concept Development & Spatial Design: Develop creative and functional interior concepts tailored to client needs, incorporating brand identity, and commercial strategy
• 3D Visualization & Technical Drawings: Create 3D models, renderings, and detailed CAD drawings
• Material Selection & Specification: Research and select materials, furniture, and finishes, ensuring durability, quality, and sustainability
• Project Collaboration: Work closely with the project team to ensure seamless project execution

Your day-to-day work will take place in the design studio in Haderslev, where you will collaborate with a passionate and skilled multidisciplinary team.

In the creative phase, Retail Fabrikken works with various design software programs, including ArchiCAD, Rhino and Sketch-up.

A creative and pragmatic Interior Designer

Success in this role requires both creativity and practicality. You should thrive in the creative phase while ensuring designs are functional and feasible. A passion for merging aesthetics with commercial viability is essential, allowing your designs to captivate while supporting business objectives.

A strong background in interior design, retail design, furniture design, or a related field is crucial, equipping you with the skills to develop immersive spaces. A deep understanding of materials as well as interior and furniture construction will enable you to select elements that balance aesthetics and durability.

You are an experienced designer in 3D software, preferably in ArchiCAD, Revit, Sketch-Up, Rhino or similar. Your experience with lighting design, acoustic planning, and integrating sustainable design principles will give you a competitive edge in this role.
