Intermediate Scrum Master

We are looking for a Intermediate Scrum Master for our client in the pharma industry.

 

Location: Greater Copenhagen, hybrid.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

• Strong experienced Scrum Master, around 3-5 years of experience
• Solid understanding of data management or BI is a large plus
• Experience from the pharma industry is a large plus
• Strong in building working relationships (internal and external)
• Well organised and capable of meeting agreed deadlines
• Strategic thinking with operational focus
• Organizational thinking, planning & adherence to timelines
• Person with good communication skills
• Take own initiatives and ensure for results
• Professional level to English - both oral and written
• Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away
• Able to start in April

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Maintain constant flow of deliverables in a way which can add value to the ART Objectives
• Promote learning culture
• Manage Team progress
• Help solving impediments
