This is an internship position based in our Copenhagen office and works on accounts in our Nordic countries across Ear Nose and Throat, Sports Medicine, Orthopaedics and Wound for an initial 1-year period.

On a day to day basis the intern will:

This role provides support relating to tender and contract management in the Nordics, maintains and updates existing tools and data sources, handles ad-hoc requests for data and price lists and performs administrative and support tasks for relevant projects to facilitate the successful submission of tenders and contracts.

  • Independently prepare, update, and distribute monthly reports and sales figures for the team.
  • Ensure documents and product codes are current, accessible, and in compliance with relevant standards.
  • Lead suitable smaller projects in connection with tender or contract work with support from your manager.
  • Provide administrative support (such as writing minutes).
  • Sound appealing? We are looking for candidate with the following:

  • Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Business and Economics, Health Economics or a related field at university.
  • Initial practical office based work experience of at least 6 months - also in the form of internships or similar - is required. You will have advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially excel to analyse large amounts of data) and good level of IT literacy.
  • Fluent in one of the Nordics languages, and a high level of English - written and spoken is essential.
  • Basic project management and the and understanding of the Nordic Health Care Sector is beneficial.
