In line with the also increasing number of internal projects, an Internal Communication Manager is needed to manage and support all the internal communication that will ensure that our organization keeps pace with the rapid development the company is undergoing these years.
You will be part of a well-functioning Communications team which consists of 15 colleagues located in Copenhagen, Sweden, and Germany. The team works project-oriented, handling all communication-related topics hereunder PR, regulatory affairs, marketing, video production, SoMe, and internal communications.
As our new Internal Communication Manager, you will take new strategic and tactical steps inside internal communication to plan, execute, and implement new initiatives – from the implementation of new business strategy to ESG work streams, and DEI initiatives, but you will also have the full responsibility to develop and tune existing formats, e.g. our annual company trip, EE talks, EE Live and events.
As a person, you are ready to take the lead and are not afraid to do the hard work yourself. It is one thing to devise important new ways of working and write policies, and guidelines. It is something else ensuring that these are also implemented and adhered to through webinars, workshops, and similar. You are ready to help European Energy on its exciting journey towards being a bigger and more professional organization by leading the way through strong internal communication.
