Are you a self-starter who make things happen and thrives on creating structure and procedures in internal workflows? Do you have a solid technical background and now want to use your skills to take ownership of projects and processes that need to be optimized, developed and delivered?
If so, you might be exactly who we’re looking for in our Development and Digitalization team as a part of our Renewable Energy department in Aarhus.
Interdisciplinary collaboration and team spirit
You will be based at ISC’s centrally located office in Aarhus, as part of our Renewable Energy department, where unity, helpfulness, and a vibrant social environment are top priorities.
The Renewable Energy department consists of approximately 50 colleagues, 16 of whom are based at our Aarhus office. You will be part of our dedicated Development and Digitalization team of three within the department, two of whom are technical specialists, and you will report directly to Mia Burger, Branch Manager in Aarhus. As such, you will become an integral part of a smaller, close-knit team working toward agreed goals.
In ISC, we work multidisciplinary and see ourselves as a unified whole, driven by shared goals and a commitment to precision. We are well aware that any construction is only as strong as its individual components. Therefore, it is important to understand the bigger picture before building the parts. This demands a deep understanding of how our work is inextricably linked to the work of others — and vice versa.
Your tasks
We are seeking a Project Manager to be the driving force behind our internal projects, ensuring progress and successful results. These projects will focus on optimizing internal processes, enhancing both external and internal communication, and advancing digitalization initiatives.

The tasks are diverse and not always defined beforehand, so you need to be the type who spots opportunities and grabs the ball before it hits the ground.
The primary task will include:
You have a technical understanding, so you know the ins and outs of processes and construction work, but you won’t be expected to produce technical outputs yourself.
We would appreciate if you challenged status quo and ensure commitments are followed through by your colleagues in a respectful and constructive manner.
To succeed in this role, you should ideally have:

Our experienced engineers are ready to both teach and be inspired by your new input and ideas.
Additionally, you can look forward to:
A central office in Aarhus
A flat structure where ideas turn into action quickly
