International Compliance & HR Advisor

Are you an HR advisor skilled in international compliance, HR, and IT? Do you excel at creating compliance frameworks, advising on cross-border staffing and managing employee data? We are looking for a new colleague to our Global People Operations who is committed to excel in handling compliance tasks, mobility issues, and manage processes and data for our international workforce.

In this role, you will succeed when you

• Develop and implement compliance frameworks, processes, and awareness within NIRAS
• Build a network of global in- and external partners
• Provide HR guidance on data management and legal compliance during acquisitions, including conducting the actual data migration
• Provide administrative support when initiating operations in new countries
• Assist with advice on all aspects within mobility and hiring of foreign labor, and function as a hands-on resource on international projects and transfers, from  housing arrangements and relocations to development of policies 
• Guide the business on HR requirements and procedures also where there is no local in-house HR support
• Ensure compliance with global policies and requirements and monitor employment conditions across NIRAS

About you

We image you as a highly organised, excellent problem solver and a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and cross-border mobility.

You are a team player who enjoys guiding and supporting a diverse group of colleagues as they develop their skills. You are outgoing and approachable, and you have the ability to understand the recipient's point of view and needs.

You are a quick learner and can master various IT systems; you are an expert in Excel and PowerPoint, and you are eager to leverage technology to enhance processes.

Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to simplify complex concepts and collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders across various regions.

Proficiency in Danish and English are required; additional languages are a plus.
