Key Responsibilities:
Your primary tasks will be:
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate staff members
- Manage calendars and make travel arrangements as needed
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
- Draft and send emails and written communications to clients
- Performing data entry, managing calendars
Your qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor’ degree holder
- Proven work experience as secretary
- Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
- Upbeat attitude and professional appearance
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Danish, English & Arabic)
- Proficiency in MS Office
