Samsøe Samsøe is looking for a dynamic and experienced International PR & Showroom Manager (Maternity Cover) to join the PR & Communication team full-time. In this role, you will be responsible for our PR showroom in Copenhagen, while managing our global PR agencies across key international markets such as the UK, France, Germany, and Spain, with an expansion into the US market. The ideal candidate is highly organized, have a strong understanding of PR strategies, and has experience in showroom management. The role will be based in Copenhagen and reports to the Head of Global Brand Communications.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

PUBLIC RELATIONS (PR):

  • Daily management of Global PR Agencies in the UK, France, Germany, Spain and US.
  • Develop and execute seasonal, capsule and/or collaboration seeding strategies for key markets.
  • Logistics management and coordination of PR sample sets and seeding collections across international markets.
  • Support on in-house PR activations, campaigns, events, and shoots.
  • End-to-end management of influencer and talent partnerships.
  • Software management (Lefty, Vocast etc)
  • Reporting: Management of Monthly Press Reports (Global)
  • Media buying across key markets.
  • Responsible for global press mailer distribution to relevant media and industry contacts.

 

SHOWROOM MANAGEMENT:

  • End-to-end management of collection packshots, ensuring high-quality images for brand usage across press and sales.
  • Maintain and present the showroom collections in a visually appealing and organized way.
  • Support press, media, and showroom visits in-house for key markets.
  • Handle front-end sample management for press, media, and influencers across UK, FR, DE, SP & US.
  • Place Global PR orders and manage collection buying in alignment with PR objectives.
  • Identify and select PR focus styles for seasonal collections in collaboration with Head of Global Brand Communications.
  • Manage back-end collection handling, including Vocast image bank maintenance.
  • Managing logistics of PR & sales collections across different markets.

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • 3-4 years of proven experience in international PR and showroom management within the fashion industry.
  • Strong network and knowledge of media, press, and influencers across key European markets.
  • Experience working with PR agencies and coordinating multi-market strategies.
  • Familiarity with talent and image management platforms such as Lefty, Vocast etc.
  • Excellent organizational and logistical skills for showroom and collection coordination.
  • Strong analytical skills for tracking and reporting press performance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Must be structured and have exceptional communication skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a creative environment.
  • Ability to adapt to last-minute changes
  • You have an outgoing and welcoming personality
  • Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
