Your Role
As International Sales Manager, you will play an important role in developing and expanding Admiral Hotel’s footprint within the international luxury leisure and incentive segments. In this role, you’ll be part of a focused sales setup, working alongside our Nordic Sales Manager. Together, you’ll work closely to align strategies and ensure success across both markets.
Your mission is to inspire, connect, and convert potential into exceptional guest experiences while driving revenue growth across our portfolio.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically grow the leisure and incentive travel segments within international markets.
- Promote and leverage opportunities across our Nordic Hotels & Resorts portfolio (Norway, Finland, Sweden, and Denmark).
- Support the Sales and Booking teams in daily operations, including conducting canvas calls, organizing site visits, and following up on leads to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive conversions.
- Cultivate enduring partnerships with high-end travel clients, agents, and event planners worldwide.
- Be the face of Admiral Hotel at international trade shows, exhibitions, and sales missions.
- Harness data insights to identify trends, optimize strategies, and drive decisions.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a sales leader who truly embraces our dedication to excellence and shares our deep passion for luxury hospitality.
You can identify with the following:
- 5+ years in international sales, specifically within luxury leisure and incentive markets.
- Experience with CRM systems and PMS platforms. We use Salesforce and Mews.
- A comprehensive understanding of luxury travel, including Travel Management Agencies (TMA), Professional Conference Organizers (PCO), Destination Management Companies (DMC), and high end soft brands
- Established relationships with international agents, incentive specialists, and premium clients.
- Outstanding negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong cultural awareness with the ability to cater to diverse international audiences.
- Fluency in English and at least one Scandinavian language (Danish, Norwegian, or Swedish) is required.
- Willingness to travel internationally (40+ days annually).
