GROWN UP Licenses seeks an International Sales & Brand Director with the ability to increase global sales for our Caterpillar® License with bags and luggage.

At GROWN UP Licenses we design, develop, manufacture, market and sell bags and luggage based on a mix of own brands like Ellehammer and licensed brands like Caterpillar®, LEGO® and New Balance®. Our European office is located centrally in Aarhus, Denmark.
Grown Up Licenses is a leading company within the field of bags and luggage. We are expanding & growing and are seeking talent that wants to embark and drive on our growth journey, building business with recognized brands like LEGO®, New Balance® and Caterpillar®. We are commercially represented internationally and have our R&D center and factories across Asia.
YOUR ROLE
With direct reference to and close dialogue with the General Manager & CCO, it is your role in boosting the global sales of Caterpillar Bags & Luggage. You have the capacity to develop and execute business plans and budgets, working with new business, existing customers and distributors. You will lead and develop the Caterpillar® brand team
Your task is to develop, define and execute the sales strategy, balancing our sales channels of distributors and direct-to-retail across Europe and to develop APAC and the US in close cooperation with our local teams. You need to balance the sales between developing existing customers/distributors and building new businesses.
