At MINI A TURE we are now looking for a dynamic, proactive, and independent International Sales Manager to chase our growth ambitions in the DACH region. You are driven, structured, yet flexible, and able to plan your own day-to-day agenda to achieve the set KPIs.
You will play a key role in reaching our ambitious sales targets and be responsible for opening new doors as well as growing and developing the relations with our existing German-speaking customers.
You will work from our HQ in Hellerup, Denmark with 60+ annual travel days. The position reports to MINI A TURE’s CCO.
Responsibilities:
- Opening new customers in the DACH region – both Key Accounts and Field Accounts.
- Maintaining and developing the cooperation and relations with existing MINI A TURE customers.
- Developing sales budgets and go-to-market strategies for the DACH region.
- Sales of two annual collections – in the showroom, by customer visits or digitally.
- Customer visits, training of store staff and guiding customers in products and new collections.
- Ensuring correct MINI A TURE expression at our partners.
- Seasonal events at customers and execution of other sales promotions.
- Thorough onboarding of new accounts to secure a strong cooperation.
- Sales and follow up by phone, customer service, and participation in relevant fairs.
- Providing market feedback for design.
- Sales reporting to management and performance according to the company KPIs.
You have:
- Minimum two years of relevant experience from a similar position within the fashion, outdoor, or equivalent industry.
- A proven track record in reaching sales targets and building distribution.
- A strategic mind-set and the ability to identify and establish new potential long-lasting customer partnerships.
- Excellent communication and networking skills, with a strong ability to build and develop relationships with both internal and external partners.
- Experience with Microsoft Business Central / Trimit is an advantage.
- Fluency in German in both speaking and writing. Other language skills are an an advantage.
- A driver’s license (necessary).
