Internship for the Data Compliance team in the Impact Area

Are you looking to kick-start your career? The Novo Nordisk Foundation is looking for a three month intern to join the Impact Area. 

The Impact Area is responsible for the Novo Group’s EGS reporting under the CSRD framework. We collect, organise, and analyse ESG related data from our partners in the Novo Group to provide a stable foundation for the CSRD reporting in 2026.  

The Job 
You will be working with the ESG Manager and share the responsibilities for a number of key tasks related to the CSRD process and ESG work within the Foundation. On a day-to-day basis, you will work with experienced colleagues on tasks such as: 

• Conduct desk research related to the climate transition plan of the Novo Group 

• Explore availability of data identified by the materiality of ESG topics 

• Contribute to internal and external stakeholder meeting related to the DMA of the Novo Group 

• Prepare presentations on e.g., ESG findings  

The working hours will be 37 hour a week with flexibility in relation to your other obligations as a student. 

Professional Qualifications 

We are looking for a candidate with some of these qualities: 

• A bachelor within, e.g., sustainability, economics, mathematical economics, computational sociology, or the like, that provides you with a background for understanding the behavioural response of agents (individuals, groups, organisations) and the translation to an analytical strategy 

• Experience with and interest in social science, public policy, sustainability  

• Super user in Microsoft Office  

• Proficiency in English and Danish (written and oral)
