The Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Intralogistics/Warehouse specialist to join our Intralogistic team.
The position will be responsible for ensuring the right quality level in our portfolio of CAPEX projects in FFEx IL (Fill & Finish Expansions Intralogistics). We expect you can set the direction in relation to our strategy within compliance and validation. In the role, you will have to gain deep insight into the processes at NN warehouses, ensure and help de-fine a strategy within compliance and validation and be able to communicate with a vast variety of people with different cultures across the globe.
Your key responsibilities will be but are not limited to:
· Drive the Quality agenda and ensure compliance and validation strategy with reg-ulatory requirements and Novo Nordisk QMS during implementation within FFEX IL projects.
· Ensure Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) & Good Distribution Practise (GDP) within FFEx IL projects.
· Facilitate workshops with colleagues regarding quality, compliance and validation activities in accordance with regulatory requirements
· Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to perform validation testing, analyze results, and address any non-conformities or discrepancies.
· Participate in relevant audits with external suppliers and internally in Novo Nordisk.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must:
· Hold an academic degree in e.g., supply chain, logistics, chemistry, biology, engineering, pharmacy, or similar.
· Have several years of relevant experience within GMP and GDP.
· Have experience with audits, preferably with auditing suppliers and have worked with quality processes in relation to supplier handling.
· Be fluent in English both written and spoken.
· Preferably have knowledge within Warehouse/Intralogistics Validation.
On a personal level you are ambitious, curious, proactive and have a great interest in developing yourself and people in your network. Your attitude is service minded, inde-pendent with an eye for simplicity and take responsibility for your tasks.
Finally, you demonstrate great communication skills, this includes being able to com-municate and collaborate with different nationalities and cultures.
Your workplace will be based Lyngby but as there is collaboration required on a global scale with our sites based in Europe, Brazil, and US, some international travel will be re-quired. It is estimated this will be a few days per month.

Fill & Finish Expansions Intralogistics belongs in the newly established Fill & Finish area. The new area is working to increase the aseptic production capacity across the Novo Nordisk network to ensure we continue to deliver high quality products for our patients, also in the future.
