The position
As an Intralogistics Operational Readiness Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and executing operational readiness deliverables by bridging global and local business functions, ensuring seamless operations for new warehouse and intralogistics (WH/IL) solutions.

Your responsibilities include:

• Develop, implement, and oversee project plans, ensuring timely execution using standard project management tools.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation and ramp-up of new WH/IL solutions.
• Ensure full compliance with Science and Risk-based Validation principles, quality standards, and Environment, Health and Safety requirements while preparing sites for operational excellence.
• Drive continuous improvement by integrating innovative solutions, digitalization strategies, and best practices into WH/IL operations.
• Build and lead cross-functional teams, proactively developing competencies required for successful implementation and long-term sustainability.

We expect the ideal candidate to have:

• PhD, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field (preferably with project management or cGMP training).
• 3-5 years of experience in project management, particularly in warehouse and intralogistics operations.
• A strong network within pharmaceutical supply chains or relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
• Hands-on and theoretical troubleshooting skills, with a result-oriented, structured, and detail-focused approach to problem-solving.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

About the department
You will be joining Global IL Performance team anchored in Finished Product Manufacturing Engineering (FPME). Our team is ensuring fit-for-purpose WH/IL solutions across Finished Products Manufacturing (FPM) and Aseptic Manufacturing (AM) operations. Based in Denmark, our team collaborates globally (sites in Denmark, US, Brazil, France, Italy, China etc.) across existing and expansion FPM/AM projects.
