We are looking for an independent and professionally strong Investment Accountant to join our accounting team in Copenhagen.
You will report to the Chief Accountant and be working very closely with the rest of the Finance team. Furthermore, you will be in close and regular contact with the rest of the organization.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Investment Accountant to join our team. This role combines accounting expertise with investment analysis to ensure accurate financial reporting and efficient portfolio management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our investment operations and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.

The position is based in Copenhagen. IFU offers a hybrid and flexible workplace.
You will become an important part of the Accounting team that consists of seven highly qualified and experienced individuals, all of whom report directly to the Chief Accountant. Besides managing daily transactions, the team oversees the reporting and controlling of accounts for IFU and the funds managed by IFU, and the entire department contributes to the preparation of accounts and the annual budget process. The contact surface is very broad and covers all levels of the organization as well as IFU's regional offices.
In order to ensure flexibility in the collaboration between colleagues and to ensure that everyone in the team has the necessary knowledge and insight into the work tasks, we strive to share our knowledge proactively within our Accounting team.
In our Accounting team, the finance department and the whole organisation, we attach great importance to good teamwork and collaboration, maintaining our positive atmosphere, and having fun together. We help each other out, share our knowledge, and – while each of us holds high standards to our work – we don’t always take ourselves too seriously and share some good laughs.
