We are now looking for a purpose-driven analyst to join our Investment and
Development team to enable us to deliver on our growth ambitions.
Home.Earth is a B-Corp certified real estate company founded in 2021 to chart a path towards more environmentally and socially sustainable urban development. Our first development project, 158 homes in Høje Taastrup, is on track to achieve the lowest carbon footprint for a multi-story residential building in Denmark.
We are developing sustainable and inclusive homes and spaces with a focus on major cities in Europe, starting in Copenhagen. The role
The Investment & Development team at Home.Earth is responsible for sourcing, executing and managing our investments. We identify and deliver on a pipeline of suitable investment opportunities. We drive due diligence, the planning and zoning process to enable the Home.Earth portfolio to scale and make a positive impact.
As an analyst in the team, you will support in the sourcing of new investment opportunities. You will gather data and conduct analyses to ensure that the team makes decisions on an informed basis. You will have responsibility for financial modelling that goes into identifying and structuring new investment opportunities.You will play an important role on due diligence to secure new investments. In conclusion, the role offers an opportunity to work with all aspects of the investment process.
You will work with a team bringing a broad set of experience and backgrounds to the table, consisting of Rasmus Nørgaard (Co-founder and fmr. CIO NREP/Urban Partners), Michael Helbo (Fmr. NREP, McKinsey & Prime Minister's Office), Karen Mosbech (Fmr. CEO, Freja Ejendomme) and Uriah Oschlag-Michael (Fmr. NREP). Your core responsibilities will be to:
- Identify and screen new investment opportunities.
- Hold and own financial modelling and commercial analysis on our investment cases.
- Work directly with external partners and stakeholders on deals.
- Execute and facilitate due diligence on investment opportunities.
- Advance our investments successfully through zoning and planning.

We imagine that you bring:
- Experience from a prior role in real estate, finance, private equity – or another relevant field.
- 1-3 years of full-time experience.
- Good attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
- A clear grasp of financial modelling.
