Are you ready to take the lead in offshore operational planning and ensure the safety and efficiency of our assets? Do you excel in dynamic environments where your expertise can drive significant improvements? If so, this role as an IOP Planner in our forward-thinking team could be your perfect match.

Activités

As an IOP Planner, you will be at the forefront of our operational planning for offshore activities in the Danish North Sea. Your role is crucial in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our assets. You will serve as the primary reference for the use of Primavera, ensuring the consistent application of our planning processes. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on mature and high-complexity assets, contributing to significant improvements in safety and operational performance. Join us and play a vital role in maintaining our high production efficiency and meeting Group standards. You will collaborate closely with offshore teams, the Scheduling Team, and Asset teams to ensure seamless planning and execution of operations. Additionally, you will contribute to the implementation of new organizational structures and processes, driving significant improvements in safety and operational performance to align with Group standards.

Profil du candidat

Your background

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline.
  • Experience : 5-10 years of industry experience in a related technical field.
  • Skills :Proficiency in Planning and Scheduling processes.Experience using Primavera and SAP.Preferably, hands-on experience with offshore operations.Structured, quality-conscious, and process-oriented with a results-driven approach.Strong ability to influence without authority and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and maintain focus amidst a high volume of constantly changing activities.Exceptional listening and communication skills.
  • Language : Fluency in English.
