The position 

We are situated at the 'Factory of the Future' in Novo Nordisk, this role requires you to work onsite at our Hillerød location. As part of a team of 8, your role will involve monitoring and maintaining the IT infrastructure and IT security of our production lines. 

This position requires advanced communication skills, both written and verbal, along with comprehensive IT technical expertise. It is an extremely interesting role if you enjoy focusing on daily operations, monitoring systems, and communicating system changes to the owner as necessary.  

Key Responsibilities: 

• Monitor and maintain the IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance 

• Collaborate with the IT team in managing the daily operations 

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the IT infrastructure 

• Assist in the implementation of new systems and policies 

• Prepare and present reports on system performance and health 

It's important to note that in the pharmaceutical industry, you can't simply rush with ideas. Compliance with numerous regulations is required, which can sometimes be frustrating and tiresome. Qualifications: 

The ideal candidate for this position should meet most of the following requirements:  

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills are required for this role 

• Minimum of bachelor's degree in computer science, IT or related field 

• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in a related field 

• Proficiency in data analysis and report writing, with knowledge of various IT systems and infrastructure 

• Understanding of IT principles, and the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to a diverse audience 

• A customer-service orientation with strong problem-solving abilities

The department covers all areas from Operational technology, IT, Service level management, system management and infrastructure.
