IT & Automation Engineer

The Position

As an IT & Automation Engineer, your responsibilities will include co-responsibility for automation and IT maintenance, including server infrastructure, networking, patching, firewall, and cyber security.

The main tasks will include:

• Problem-solving and maintenance of IT systems to ensure they stay in a validated state and improve performance.
• Maintaining and optimizing business applications within our ServiceNow environment.
• Ensuring the applications align with organizational needs and compliance standards.
• Performing rigorous testing to validate the functionality and reliability of our systems.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree within IT, software engineering or another relevant field.
• Experience with server infrastructure, networking, and cyber security.
• Knowledge of IT system maintenance, compliance requirements, and vendor management.
• Fluency in oral and written English.

You are detail oriented and through in conducting system validation, and verification, tests. You are a great team player and know how to create effective and successful collaboration with your colleagues.

About the Department

The CMC Clinical Supplies Packaging & Shipping (CSPS) department is located in Måløv and consists of 110 employees divided into six teams. Our goal is to ensure the timely supply of clinical studies to patients worldwide. We are responsible for packaging and distributing products for clinical studies and work closely with the rest of the Clinical Supply Chain at CMC. We continuously strive to optimize our processes, reduce lead time, and efficiently use resources using various LEAN tools.
