The position
The IT Compliance Advisor will provide support and advisory services to our projects and stakeholders in Product Supply. This role includes drafting documentation such as procedures and guidance documents, creating training materials, and providing operational support in quality processes such as Change Control, Deviation, and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) handling.

About the team
Our Agile Compliance & Integrity team is dedicated to supporting Product Supply on their Digitalization journey and to ensure that software development and project implementations meet the highest standards of regulatory compliance and validation. We specialize in integrating compliance frameworks into agile methodologies and providing comprehensive support and advisory services to our stakeholders.
Our team is committed to fostering a positive and collaborative work environment, where continuous improvement and innovation are encouraged.
We work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
Our focus areas include compliance partnering, advisory and support, IT QMS improvements, validation and test strategies, training and capability building, and the development of compliance tools.
