The position
The IT Compliance Advisor will provide support and advisory services to our projects and stakeholders in Product Supply. This role includes drafting documentation such as procedures and guidance documents, creating training materials, and providing operational support in quality processes such as Change Control, Deviation, and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) handling.

Key Responsibilities:
Support and Advisory:

• Provide expert compliance support and advisory services to project teams and stakeholders involved in process automation and agile development projects.
• Ensure that all projects adhere to regulatory requirements, industry best prac-tices, and the Agile Compliance & Integrity framework.

Documentation and Training:

• Draft and maintain compliance-related documentation, including procedures, guidance documents, and policies specific to agile methodologies and process automation.
• Develop comprehensive training materials on compliance topics relevant to agile development and process automation.

Operational Support:

• Provide operational support in quality processes such as Change Control, Deviation, and CAPA handling, ensuring these processes are executed effectively and in compliance with relevant regulations.
• Support the development and maintenance of the IT Quality Management System (QMS).

Collaboration and Improvement:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on compliance activities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within compliance activities and drive the implementation of enhancements.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role we expect you to have: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Regulatory Af-fairs, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT compliance, regulatory compliance, or a similar role, preferably within an agile development environment.
• Strong understanding of regulatory standards and requirements, particularly in the context of process automation and agile methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and balance competing priorities.
• Fluent spoken and written English. 

As a person, you are highly analytical and detail-oriented, with a natural ability to solve complex problems efficiently. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills allow you to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, bridging the gap between technical teams and business needs. Your structured approach and critical thinking make you well-suited for IT validation, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and reliability in every project you take on.

About the team
Our Agile Compliance & Integrity team is dedicated to supporting Product Supply on their Digitalization journey and to ensure that software development and project implementations meet the highest standards of regulatory compliance and validation. We specialize in integrating compliance frameworks into agile methodologies and providing comprehensive support and advisory services to our stakeholders. 

Our team is committed to fostering a positive and collaborative work environment, where continuous improvement and innovation are encouraged. 
We work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective collaboration. 

Our focus areas include compliance partnering, advisory and support, IT QMS improvements, validation and test strategies, training and capability building, and the development of compliance tools.
