IT Consultant

We are looking for a highly skilled IT Consultant - Vendor RFP Process for our client in the pharma industry. The proposed Expert Engagement Management Platform aims to streamline and optimize cross-border engagements with healthcare professionals (HCPs), healthcare organizations (HCOs), and patients. This platform will address inefficiencies in the current manual and labor-intensive processes, improve compliance, and enhance user experience. The primary responsibility of this role is to drive the vendor Request for Proposal (RFP) process for a SaaS solution. The platform will be introduced through a pilot phase focused on Global Medical Affairs (GMA), followed by a global rollout to HQ functions and expansion to International Operations

Location: Greater Copenhagen area, hybrid.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

• Proven experience in managing vendor relationships and driving the RFP process, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Strong understanding of IT project management principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong background in managing vendor relationships
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in IT project management
• Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away
• Professional level of English - both oral and written
• Able to start in March/April

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Lead the vendor RFP process, including the development of RFP documents, vendor evaluation, and selection
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Manage vendor relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for all vendor-related activities
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets related to the RFP process
• Monitor the progress of the RFP process and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues related to vendor selection and implementation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the RFP process
