The position
We are seeking an experienced IT Director to oversee the IT and automation (OT) operations for our two of our finished product manufacturing sites.
You will join DD&IT PS anchored within the DD&IT organization with approximately 1200 employees based in Denmark, India, US, China, France, and Brazil. The strategic objective of the unit is to be the IT partner for the business, ensuring that we provide the IT solutions to the Novo Nordisk production solutions, as well as support shopfloor needs worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
In the strategic perspective you will be part of steering groups with focus on maintainability, security and delivery, and spearhead strategic initiatives and communication campaigns in close collaboration with the DD&IT PS leadership team.

DD&IT PS Finished Product Manufacturing is anchored within the Global organisation. The strategic objective of the unit is to be the IT partner for the business ensuring that we provide the IT solutions and assistance needed to support Novo Nordisk’s operations solutions to enable a flawless execution.
In addition, as part of the future Digital Operations ambitions, the area is fully partnering with Global Operations, IT and Finished Product Manufaturing stakeholders to ensure future technical enablers, such as bringing architecture to life or striving towards highly automated IT/OT foundation on all factories and shopfloor. This department is key in ensuring the organisation’s readiness to scale and operate these enablers when required.
