About you We are looking for an experienced all-around IT Helpdesk and System Administrator lead who can lead our internal IT support team consisting of 2 employees while also managing our IT environment. In this role, you will play a central part in the administration of our corporate IT infrastructure and management of our locally hosted IT infrastructure, to ensure that our networks and systems operate optimally. You will collaborate closely with our other IT administrators and the support team to efficiently handle cases in our ticketing system.

Key responsibilities  The role as IT Helpdesk Lead requires you to actively participate, coordinate, and lead our IT support team. Tasks involve:
  • Ensuring process adherence and PDCA processes.
  • Handling communication with External IT Service provider.
  • Prioritizing and handling cases in our ticketing system to ensure timely resolution.
  • Ensuring that support requests are handled efficiently and professionally.
  • Identify and implement improvements to support processes.
  • Your main responsibility as System Administrator will be to ensure effective processes to manage and maintain our IT environment, including servers, networks, and software to fulfill the requirements of the organization as well as Cybersecurity restrictions. This will see you:
  • Monitoring system performance and security.
  • Performing maintenance tasks and updates.
  • Prioritizing and handling cases in our ticketing system to ensure timely resolution.
  • Documenting system changes and maintenance activities.
  • Collaborating with our Cybersecurity team to ensure compliance with ISO27001.
  • Qualifications:
  • Relevant education in IT, such as IT supporter or data technician.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT support team lead or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in handling ticketing systems and prioritizing cases effectively with the help from the support team.
  • Curious, proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work hands on and as part of a team.
  • Solid understanding of network protocols, routing, switching, and firewall configurations.
  • Knowledge and experience within cybersecurity and standards eg. ISO27001, IEC62443 and TS50701 is a plus.
  • Experience with Windows and Linux servers.
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies like VMware.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Danish and English.
