Opening Summer 2025 – the opportunity to join the pre-opening team of 1 Hotel Copenhagen and bring a transformative brand to Denmark. 

1 Hotel Copenhagen is centrally located at the intersection of the city’s vibrant Latin Quarter and its historic heart; it will feature 282 rooms including 30 suites.  With a Green-Michelin-starred Chef at the helm, the property will also feature locally sourced, seasonal cuisine as eclectic as the city itself at the signature restaurant and bar. Guests and locals alike can find tranquility in the nature-inspired Bamford Wellness Spa, connected with the natural world in the property’s urban garden complete an on-site bee hotel, or embark on an adventure, exploring Copenhagen's rich tapestry of parks and museums on bike. 

Join us as the IT Manager for our hotel opening in Summer 2025! You will oversee all IT processes on location, set up systems, and ensure everything is in place for a seamless launch. From configuring devices and user accounts to troubleshooting and supporting our network, POS systems, and servers, your expertise will be crucial in keeping everything running smoothly. You will work closely with vendors and collaborate across teams to maintain top-notch performance and security. 

 Key Responsibilities… 

• Overseeing all IT processes and systems for the opening in Summer 2025, ensuring all details are in place for a successful start. 

• Set up and configure computer devices, and user accounts while ensuring proper security access levels are assigned. 

• Stay in line with the company’s IT Security Policy to protect hardware, software, and sensitive data. 

• Troubleshoot and diagnose tech issues, providing quick fixes or escalating them to other experts when needed. 

• Make sure all important business and user data is backed up and secure. 

• Provide ongoing support for systems, including networks, point-of-sale systems, servers, and other critical equipment, while working with vendors to keep everything running at its best. 

About you... 

• At least 2 years of experience as an IT Manager or similar.  

• Experience working with IT in the hospitality industry is a valuable asset.  

• Advanced knowledgeable of information systems operations, a strong leader and a team player. 

• Excels at communicating across different positions and levels, ensuring smooth collaboration and clear understanding.  

• Fluency in English is required, while Danish is a nice-to-have but not essential.  

• Flexibility is needed, with the ability to work weekends, and varied hours.
