You will be based in Copenhagen, where there are already 2 On-site IT supporters covering East Denmark for our customer. You will also be the vacation replacement for our On-site IT supporter in Frederikshavn and you will travel 1 day per week to Holeby
What will you be doing?:
Stand in Service point and help users with 1st and 2nd level support.
Install, remove, replace business hardware (deliver to professional end users within customer location) and maintain SAP inventory tracking
We expect you to have experience with:
Troubleshooting and support on Windows 10 and 11, mobile phones, IOS and PC, and (in the future) some Industrial IT equipment (education is given)
ServiceNow or a similar service management system.
User contact from previous positions.
