The position
We are seeking a talented IT Project Management Team Lead to oversee and guide our business-oriented IT project management team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and IT solutions, ensuring that our IT initiatives align with strategic objectives and operational goals.
As the IT Project Management Team Lead, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering a diverse portfolio of IT projects that meet requirements, deadlines, and budget constraints. You will lead your team in managing resources, timelines, and stakeholder expectations, ensuring smooth coordination with both local operations at ISS Denmark and our global IT functions. Your leadership will be pivotal in maintaining our IT systems, optimizing processes, and supporting strategic plans that enhance our IT landscape.

The position is based at our Danish headquarters in Søborg, where you will become part of our competent IT department which consists of 35-40 highly skilled and professional colleagues.
