IT Project Manager

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

• Background working with HR processes and data
• Experience driving projects with system integrations of HR master data between global data hub and local systems
• Experience with IT
• Experience from a similar position
• Strong in building working relationships (internal and external)
• Solid understanding/qualification of Project Management Principals
• Well organised and capable of meeting agreed deadlines
• Strategic thinking with operational focus
• Organizational thinking, planning & adherence to timelines
• Person with good communication skills
• Take own initiatives and ensure for results
• Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away
• Strong English skills - both oral and written

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Responsible for overseeing and managing projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget
• To engage with the business and make sure both the local department and your own team are align on activities and deliver their part
• Develop project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirement
• Coordinate with cross-functional team and scrum development team
• Oversee project execution and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards
• Act as a primary point of contact for all project-related communications
• Regularly communicate project status, issues, and risks
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and support
• Identify potential risks and issues related to project delivery and implement mitigation strategies
• Proactively address any obstacles that may impact project success
