The position
As a QA Professional, you will contribute to ensure a high level of quality and set the direction for Quality Control processes and activities performed in Aseptic manufacturing science and technology (AMSAT).
· Developing and executing test plans and protocols for laboratory equipment software
· Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
· Collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues
· Conducting risk assessments and maintaining documentation for quality assurance processes e.g., Deviations, Laboratory Investigations, Change Requests, SOPs
· Continuously improving QA processes to enhance software reliability and performance
Furthermore, approval of equipment qualification and approval of validation of analytical or microbial methods could be an area of responsibility.
Participating in projects within core competencies is also an opportunity.
Qualifications
We are looking for an IT QA Professional with strong skills to thrive in a dynamic, project-oriented environment. The ideal candidate should excel in Agile methodologies, demonstrating adaptability and a collaborative mindset.
To succeed in this role, you:
· Have an academic degree within IT, engineering or life sciences
· Have several years’ experience in IT validation/qualification of systems/equipment
· Have gained experience in the pharmaceutical/medical devices industry
· Are fluent in English
It will be seen as an advantage if you also have a background in microbiology, validation of analytical methods or microbial analysis.
On a personal level, effective stakeholder management is essential, as is the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving skills are required to quickly identify and resolve issues, ensuring smooth project delivery and high-quality outcomes.
About the department
You will become part of a great department which works in close collaboration with our 5 laboratories responsible for stability and release samples in Denmark.
The department consists of 67 people divided into four teams, and this position is in the QA for QC team. The team consists of highly knowledgeable and skilled people, covering the diverse area of AMSAT.
