About the Job
The Digital, Data & IT organisation (DD&IT) collaborate closely with Corporate Facilities to deliver great digital solutions to our more than 20.000 colleagues located in Denmark. Together, we are responsible for the operation and digitalisation of all facility related processes at Novo Nordisk sites around Denmark. As a Solution Architect, you will work closely with your colleagues in IT and the business to help define and design new digital solutions and integrate new technologies and innovative solutions that support the business strategy in Corporate Facilities (Physical Security Operations team).
Your aim will be to become a trusted IT advisor and sparring partner for physical security solutions the best way and guiding the digital transformation, while anchoring and maturing the target architecture and maintaining the architectural runway to ensure a more harmonized, standardized, and scalable system landscape.
Candidate profile
You need to be able to bridge between technically skilled people within the IT organisation and more process-oriented people within the business (from Physical Security Operations team in Corporate Facilities). You work seamlessly with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional requirements and set direction and communicate a compelling purpose and vision with passion. About the Department
You will work in the ‘Quality & Facilities IT’ department, which is anchored in the Digital Data & IT (DD&IT) Staffs organisation that has approximately 220 employees based in Denmark, India and the USA. DD&IT Staffs supports the three global staff functions in Novo Nordisk: ‘People & Organisation’, ‘Finance, Legal & Global Solutions’, and ‘Quality & Facilities’.
Our department currently consists of very experienced and highly engaged people with different professional backgrounds within architecture, project management and agile delivery. The strategic objective of our department is to be a trusted IT partner for the business as well as our colleagues in IT and together we ignite and drive digital change across the staffs’ areas to achieve efficiency, compliance and excellent employee experience.
