Omada is on an exciting growth journey. We are rapidly expanding, with a clear focus on conquering the Identity Access Management and Governance market. With many new employees joining each month, our Internal IT team is also expanding to meet the evolving IT needs of the business. As an IT Supporter at Omada, you will join a team of skilled IT specialists led by a Team Lead. Your role will involve handling 1st and 2nd level support cases submitted via our ITIL-based Helpdesk system. These cases will cover both hardware and software setups used across Omada worldwide.
We are seeking an IT Supporter who prioritizes high-quality customer service, excels in troubleshooting, and thrives in a collaborative team of dedicated colleagues. This hybrid position requires at least two days per week in the Alicante office.
