The global market for online wine sales is expected to grow significantly throughout the coming years, and Vivino will be at the forefront of this growth. Therefore, we need an IT Support Specialist to be our internal IT user's primary contact, ensuring they receive professional, efficient, and friendly support across various channels.
Customer support and focus on communication
You will be the first point of contact and support for our internal IT users across different countries. Your primary mission will be handling cases and providing personalized support and seamless resolution to colleagues. You will provide support via various communication channels and in person at our Copenhagen office.
As examples of your tasks and responsibilities, you will be responsible for new employees' equipment and replacing existing equipment (device life cycle management). You will conduct user onboarding training (when a new user starts). Reporting to our IT Operations Manager, you will be assigned to Small Continuous Service Improvement projects, like getting a standard AV setup or making SOPs.
Please keep reading if you can prioritize the many IT support tickets coming in, problem-solve the cases you get assigned, and manage the internal stakeholders. As part of the IT department, you will be working towards maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction rating.
