As part of Group IT within COWI's Business Partner organization, you’ll join a creative team driving global IT solutions that fuel innovation across COWI’s projects. With around skilled IT specialists spread across 11 countries—primarily in Scandinavia and Lithuania—you’ll work alongside great international experts and collaborate closely with a diverse, global team. Our open and informal culture encourages professional growth, where collaboration, idea-sharing, and mutual support are essential. We offer an engaging and varied two-year apprenticeship, focusing on personal commitment, responsibility, and independence. You'll alternate between hands-on experience with us and mandatory school sessions. You'll be employed as an IT Supporter under the apprenticeship regulations, with salary and terms aligned with the industry’s salaried employees' agreement.
