The role and its responsibilities
As an IT System Manager, you will be tasked with progressing the management of systems by product teams, either as part of the team or individually for smaller systems.

System Managers are all working as part of an agile-, collaborative- & learning work environment, where professional integrity and shared responsibility are key. In our department we are responsible for operation & maintenance, development, upgrades and regulatory compliance for more than 30 laboratory IT systems used within the non-clinical and clinical research and development area. We have a close collaboration with our users and super users, our vendors and our IT. We are a dedicated department of 18 people, with value for professionalism, humor, and personal development. Our department is part of Novo Nordisk Research & Early Development IT (DDIT-RED) .
DDIT-RED is part of Novo Nordisk Digital, Data & IT (DD&IT), - a global community of 3.300+ colleagues, driving digital, data, and IT, to support digital transformation and innovation in all parts of the Novo Nordisk value chain – from idea to patient.
