IT Tech Lead

We are looking for a new colleague to join a exciting project with our client.

 

This position is part of the Digital Customer Excellence Value chain, which accounts for ~60% of their client’s annual revenue. They are organized into individual (Scrum) Product Teams who are empowered to innovate and to support the products in the group. Location: Mid Jutland, hybrid, 2-3 days pr. week at the office.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 8 years of experience in IT development and IT operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft development stacks and IDEs for C#, VB.NET, F#, C++, Python, and other languages
• Experiences with Azure Cloud-Based Development Stack, Docker and Kubernetes
• Solid knowledge of Snowflake and SQL Server databases and their operations
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to balance technical depth with tactical thinking
• A proven track record of delivering robust, scalable applications within a global, corporate environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating and understand complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Nice-to-Have: Proven experience in team leadership roles, such as Scrum Master or Project Manager
• Nice-to-Have: Familiarity with managing Agile ceremonies and facilitating team communication
• High level English skills in writing and speech
• Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Take on the role of Tech Lead within a dynamic DevOps team, driving development and operations in a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environment
• Provide technical guidance and leadership, ensuring seamless integration and delivery of solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to enhance processes and ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Utilize tools like Jira and Confluence to manage Agile workflows and foster transparency and collaboration
• Advocate for DevOps best practices, including CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and cloud-native development
