The position
As an IT Validation and Compliance Partner, your primary role will be to ensure the high quality of IT compliance within our IT processes. Quality is a core element in our daily IT deliverables related to our critical IT Systems across our factory at site Kalundborg. This position will report to the Head of IT Operation for M2 (Manufacturing site 2) and PPV (Purification Plant number five).
Your main responsibilities will include:
Driving, securing, and anchoring compliance activities within our area. Facilitate Compliance initiatives and ensuring IT audit readiness, deviation and SOP handing.
Collaborating with the Cross Compliance team and System Managers to determine the right compliance initiatives.
Ensuring that daily operation is of the right quality and in accordance with internal and external quality requirements.
Close collaboration with end users, local system managers, project managers, engineering partners and specialists to develop optimal solutions for the production.

About the department
You will join the IT Team, M2 in Kalundborg Denmark where you will a part of a new central IT organization DD&IT (Digital, Data and IT) PS (Product Supply) API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients) M2 & PPV IT Operations, with approximately 16 colleagues supporting the plants with compliance and maintenance of our IT/OT production solutions. We work in a unit with the aim to secure high quality and compliance level of the site’s critical IT systems and infrastructure and you will have daily collaboration with stakeholders across the site as well as with external vendors.
