Key Responsibilities:
- Lead customer meetings and ensure quality assurance.
- Onboard new clients and manage client relationships.
- Oversee shift schedules and time registrations.
- Advise, guide, and motivate team members.
- Foster team development and create a positive work environment.
- Handle administrative tasks such as reporting, scheduling, and employee management.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Manage smaller projects as required.
- Contribute to the optimization of workflows and work plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct risk assessments (APVs).
Your Qualifications:
- Previous management experience is not required, but experience in cleaning or a similar role is preferred.
- A valid driver's license (category B).
- Service-oriented, flexible, and proactive in problem-solving.
- Results-driven, dependable, and able to work independently.
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Ability to remain composed and maintain an overview in stressful situations.
- Experience in guiding, motivating, and developing team members is a plus.
