About the Role

As our Bid & Partnerships Manager, you’ll take ownership of our Consulting proposal process and play a key role in driving business growth also across Mannaz business units. You’ll be the linchpin for collaboration, working closely with assigned bid teams across Mannaz to ensure we consistently deliver winning bids that align with our business goals.

We’re already in a good place; we have done some benchmarking, and we know that our win rates are competitive, so you’re not expected to work miracles. This role is about bringing professionalism, structure and efficiency to our processes. We want to make winning easier.

As an experienced bid leader, you will appreciate this work is a mix of concentrated short bursts of intense activity and proactive and long-term efforts positioning Mannaz the right places to be invited in for bids. And also fundraising for larger projects. Alongside the bid manager role, you will also be responsible for building and managing our global partnerships and alliances and leading our network of global associates.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Bid Management: Oversee and manage the entire proposal lifecycle, from identifying opportunities to submitting polished, high-quality bids in English, Danish and Swedish. Ensure all bids meet our high standards of excellence. Proactively seek fundraising opportunities.
  • Partnerships & Global Alliances: Build and manage key partnerships, expanding our reach and opportunities to operate at scale.
  • Associate Network Management: Expand, lead and manage our associate network, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
  • Content Repurposing: Leverage existing bid materials to enhance efficiency while maintaining a sharp focus on quality and customization.
  • Commercial Insight: Identify upsell opportunities and proactively drive growth across our markets.
  • Collaboration & Team Leadership: Foster strong relationships with people, be a true team player developing and delivering together with colleagues in Mannaz. Bringing out the best in them to deliver world-class bids aligned with our offerings and customer needs.

 

Your experience and personal skills:

  • Experienced Bid Manager: Proven skills as a Bid Manager in an international professional services environment.
  • Expert Project Manager: Highly organized with a proven track record of managing complex projects in a structured manner. Able to handle multiple deadlines without compromising on quality.
  • Relentless Focus on Winning: Ambitious, competitive, and constantly looking for ways to win.
  • Excellent Writing & Editorial Skills: Native-level fluency in both English and Danish is essential. A sharp editorial eye, able to transform good content into great content.
  • Action-Oriented: Proactive and productive self-starter with a reputation for getting things done efficiently. Doesn’t wait to be asked.
  • Relationship Builder: Superb at forming strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including sales teams.
  • Commercial Acumen: skilled at identifying commercial opportunities with a strong focus on achieving tangible results.
  • Knowledge of Leadership Learning Journeys: Experienced in a professional services firm offering similar services, specifically leadership and professional skills development.
