Responsibilities
- Execute and oversee the preparation of specific sections of the menu.
- Collaboration with the assistant head chef and sous chef to maintain high culinary standards of taste and presentation.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and support.
- Ensure consistency and excellence in food presentation and taste.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels for your section.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to the development of new dishes and menu items.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations.
Requirements
- Previous experience as Chef de Partie or similar role.
- Fine dining experience.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to work in a high-paced kitchen environment.

- Compass group is a catering firm primary for canteens of different sizes. This new outlet will be a new type of catering for this group, which has not been done before as it is not a canteen. We will have various types of high-end outlets such as cafes, a meeting & conference facility, a food court and the VIP fine dining area on the top floor.
