As a Graduate, you will work with a variety of clients, projects, and challenges. Based on client needs, your skills, and your preferences, your tasks will primarily focus on:

In this role, you will make an impact by:

• Support with month-end and year-end closings, controlling, and daily operational tasks in the finance function.
• Optimization and transformation of finance functions, including, for example, process optimization, "closing excellence," and control frameworks.
• Management reporting, financial planning, and budgeting, including reporting, analyses, budgeting, and business partnering.
• Integration of finance functions in connection with mergers or acquisitions.
• Digitization of finance functions.

• A relevant student job experience.
• Interest in finance, accounting, process optimization, and other areas within the CFO’s responsibilities.
• A passion for consulting work, with a willingness to learn, grow, and make a difference for both clients and colleagues.
• A relevant educational background in finance, economics, accounting, auditing, or similar fields.
• Strong academic performance.
• The ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Recruitment Process

• Initial Screening: We review applications to identify candidates who best match the qualifications and expectations outlined in the job posting.
• Case Day: On January 23, 2025, we will host a case day at Deloitte, where you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your problem-solving approach, present case results, and showcase your teamwork skills.
• Interview: Following the case day, we will invite shortlisted candidates for an interview at Deloitte, focusing on your background, motivations, and career aspirations. This is also an opportunity for you to learn more about Deloitte and the role.
• Offer: Successful candidates will receive an offer to join Deloitte as a Graduate starting in August 2025
