About the Role:

As a Procurement Operator, you will play an Important role in our procurement team, responsible for ordering and managing parts for commodity group at our local factory. You will support our Commodity Buyers and ensure the smooth operation of our procurement processes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify and enter order confirmations, adjusting quantities and delivery dates as needed.
  • Release and adjust purchase orders based on commodity buyer approvals.
  • Verify invoices and release them if necessary.
  • Track deliveries and ensure compliance with on-time delivery (OTD) and low stock levels.
  • Execute intercompany orders and manage related master data.
  • Update Price, Trade agreement and master data in SAP.
  • Electronic registration of documents.
  • Forward and track quality notifications with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in Order Fulfillment meetings and support OTD.
  • Prepare for and participate in supplier visits and evaluations.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement and/or supply chain in the manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP, and other inventory planning software.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables).
  • Analytical mindset with experience in process improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all teams.
  • International experience is a plus.
