Are you passionate about authentic Pakistani and Indian cuisine? S Event in Taastrup is looking for a skilled and experienced head chef to deliver exceptional flavors to our guests.

As a head chef at S Event, your primary responsibilities will include:

·         Preparing our catering menu, including main dishes, sides, and desserts. Operate and manage the oven to ensure dishes are cooked to perfection.

·         Maintaining high standards of food quality, flavor, and presentation.

·         Ensuring cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.

·         Being prepared for the expansion of our core operations.

Requirements
We are looking for candidates who:

·         Have proven experience as a head chef in a Pakistani/Indian catering environment.

·         Are proficient in using a tandoor oven and preparing authentic dishes.

·         Have a solid understanding of our spices and traditional cooking methods.

·         Can work efficiently in a team and handle busy kitchen operations.

·         Are able to find ways to improve operations and receive feedback internally.

·         Can communicate in Urdu and English (knowledge of Danish is a plus).

·         Can talk calmly with clients and answer questions regarding the food.
